Paid Advertising Strategist

Straight North is looking for an experienced Paid Advertising Strategist to join our team. The selected candidate will be focused on analyzing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve our client’s desired performance metrics. This can be a full remote or flexible remote/office position based on your location.

Responsibilities

Daily analysis and optimization of paid advertising campaigns for clients within Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
Drive strategy for search, display, shopping and social campaigns
Build out new campaigns within ad platforms
Continually improve client campaign performance metrics
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to deliver campaign performance insight and recommendations

Requirements

2+ years of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads experience
Agency experience preferred
Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets
Ability to work with large quantities of data
Ability to communicate data insights in an accessible manner
Strong attention to detail
Hard-working, self-directed, and effective working independently
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- - Skai
  - AI-assisted ad creation
  - Landing page optimization tools (Instapage, Unbounce, etc.)
  - LinkedIn Ads
