Hello, I'm Brad Shorr. I'm Director of Content and Social Media for Straight North. I want to talk to you about how you can use your business blog to actually improve your business. You can write blog posts about all kinds of things, but what I want to focus on right now is what we call an informational blog post. As you can see, this is a very detailed blog post written by a subject-matter expert that works here at the agency that covers a topic that is very important, but one that's not widely understood. They put those two things together, and it tends to make the person feel more comfortable about contacting us to get more information and to talk about their project.
