How soon to you have your own weekly (daily?!) show...? Your three learning points are helpful. I tried to focus down my second and still very experimental podcast so I only had 5 points and challenged myself to keep it under 5 minutes. It did help, but I am very much still at the bottom of the learning curve on this... I guess it's different again when you're being interviewed - less opportunity to prepare and script, and your mind is liable to go off into interesting tangents when you get asked a new question...
