Some Great Blogging Resources
If you’re thinking about starting a company blog, here are some sources of information that I’ve found extremely helpful.
Books.
Naked Conversations, by Robert Scoble and Shel Israel, provide the big-picture view of blogging, past, present, and future. This is a good place to start because it provides a strategic context for what a blog can be, should be, and shouldn’t be.
Blogging for Business, by Shel Holtz, takes blogging from strategy to tactics. The book is full of practical advice suitable for companies of all shapes and sizes.
Blogs.
Pro Blogger, by Darren Rowse, offers solid information, tips, and opinions on all aspects of blogging.
Technosailor, by Aaron Brazell, is a bit more freewheeling and wide ranging than Pro Blogger, but Aaron’s opinions are fascinating.
copyblogger, by Brian Clark, writes a primarily about how to write for blogs.
